Ultra-High Shear Manufacturing Processing
Once the suitable pilot batches are achieved, scale up seamlessly to full production with one of the M700 series models.
The M700 series processors have proven to be cost-effective in a broad range of industries. Utilizing theMicrofluidizer®technology, these processors deliver the finest and most uniform distribution of submicron particle size at the highest shear rates available. Emulsions and suspensions are more stable, creating superior final products.
The M700 series machines have the same high-pressure, multi-slotted fixed-geometryInteraction ChambersTMthat all the Microfluidics equipment possess. It means that identical high shear rates are imparted to product formulations as are achieved on lab scale and pilot scale machines through scalable Interaction ChambersTM.
The M7125 and M7250 models generate up to 30,000 psi operating pressure for premium results at an affordable cost. Flow rates of 300 to 900 L/hr are achievable with the right model.
A broad range of throughput in continuous or batch mode is possible due to the fact that the machine can process at a wide range of pressures and flows.
Standard Features
- Proven to be highly reliable at operating pressures up to 30,000 psi in pilot and production environments.
